How to Rent a Facility

If you would like to rent an Indiana County Parks facility, please visit our RESERVATIONS page. For more information call our office at (724) 463-8636 or e-mail: indparks@gmail.com

To rent a facility, first contact the parks office to check availability of the facility you would like to rent. Once availability has been confirmed with the parks staff, complete our rental application. View the complete listing of all rental facilities and the associated costs (PDF). For more information call our office at (724) 463-8636 or e-mail: indparks@gmail.com. If contacting us via e-mail, please provide your telephone number.

Rental Application

You may print the application (Adobe Acrobat Reader needed to view. Download reader from Adobe.) from this website, or one can be mailed to you. We offer a $5.00 discount on all reservations made using our printable on-line application. Please contact the parks office if you would like to receive an application via mail.

Once the application is completed, make all checks payable to "County of Indiana" and mail the application and payment to Indiana County Parks, 1128 Blue Spruce Road, Indiana, PA 15701.

"We also have a new credit card payment option. If you're using a credit card, please be sure to drop the application in the mail. Please see our reservations page for credit car payment options."

Weddings

Special Events

Many special events are held in the parks each year. These events include walks for charity, concerts, a dog show, and other activities. A permit is required for all special events. If you are planning a special event, please review our Special Events Permit Guidelines. A blank permit is included with these guidelines.

Advanced Reservation Policy - All Facilities

You may reschedule your group for the same facility and day the following year by contacting us one week after using the facility. If you do not notify us your day will be made available to others.
